General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "the Terms") govern the contractual relationship between [COMPANY_NAME] (hereinafter, SAD) and the user making a purchase on spanish-advanced-drones.com (hereinafter, "the Website").

Applicable legislation includes Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users — LGDCU), Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI-CE), and the Spanish Civil Code.

By placing an order, the user declares they are over 18 years of age and fully accepts these Terms.

2. Products

SAD offers FPV drones, build kits, electronic components, FPV goggles, radio transmitters, batteries, chargers, and accessories. Each product's characteristics are described on its individual page.

Images are illustrative only; the actual product may differ slightly in colour or finish. We strive to keep descriptions accurate, but SAD is not responsible for typographical errors or unintentional inaccuracies.


3. Purchase process

  1. Product selection — Add items to your cart from any product page.
  2. Cart review — Check quantities, prices, and subtotal.
  3. Shipping and payment details — Enter your delivery information and select a payment method.
  4. Order review — Review the complete order summary including the total amount with VAT.
  5. Order with payment obligation — By clicking "Confirm order" you acknowledge that the order creates a payment obligation.
  6. Email confirmation — You will receive an email with your order summary and payment instructions.

The purchase contract is formed when SAD confirms receipt of the order via the confirmation email.


4. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€) including VAT (21%). Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown before order confirmation.

SAD reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.


5. Payment methods

  • Bank transfer: After your order is confirmed, you will receive the IBAN and reference to use in the transfer. The order is processed once SAD verifies receipt of payment (generally 1–2 business days).
  • Bizum: You will receive the phone number to send the Bizum payment to, with the exact amount and order number as the reference.

SAD does not store any banking or card details from customers.


6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery zone: Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. For international deliveries, please contact us before placing your order.

Estimated delivery times (from payment verification):

  • Mainland Spain: 24–48 business hours
  • Islands and non-mainland territories: 3–5 business days

Timescales are indicative and may be affected by public holidays, carrier incidents, or force majeure events. SAD will notify the customer of any significant delays.

The risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the buyer at the time of physical delivery.


7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (LGDCU) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

How to exercise withdrawal:

  1. Send a written communication to info@spanish-advanced-drones.com stating your intention to withdraw, the order number, and the affected item(s).
  2. Return the products in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused, within a maximum of 14 days of the communication.
  3. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective or we dispatched an incorrect item.

Refund: SAD will process the refund of the product amount (excluding original shipping costs) within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the return or from the date the buyer evidences dispatch, whichever is earlier. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (Art. 103 LGDCU):

  • Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery by their nature.

8. Legal guarantee

New products carry a 3-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery, in accordance with Article 120 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (LGDCU), as amended following the transposition of EU Directive 2019/771, in force since January 2022.

In the event of a product non-conformity:

  1. Contact SAD at info@spanish-advanced-drones.com describing the defect.
  2. SAD will assess the issue and, as appropriate, proceed with repair, replacement, or price reduction or contract termination (if repair or replacement is not possible or is disproportionate).
  3. During the first year from delivery, any non-conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless this is incompatible with the nature of the goods.

9. Returns for defective or incorrect products

If you receive a defective product or one different from what you ordered, contact SAD as soon as possible. SAD will cover all collection and re-shipment costs, and the customer may choose between replacement of the item or a full refund.


10. Liability

SAD shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or harm arising from the use or inability to use purchased products, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. SAD's maximum liability to the buyer shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Force majeure events are excluded: strikes, natural disasters, electricity or communications supply failures, or other circumstances beyond SAD's reasonable control.


11. Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve it amicably. If not possible:

  • Consumers may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
  • The consumer arbitration system of the Regional Consumer Arbitration Boards is also available.
  • For disputes not resolved through the above channels, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of [CITY_PLACEHOLDER], waiving any other jurisdiction, unless consumer protection regulations provide a different forum for the consumer.

12. Communications

Communications between SAD and the buyer will be made primarily by email to the address provided during the purchase process. The customer is responsible for keeping their email address up to date and checking their spam folder.


13. Amendments to the Terms

SAD reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Website and apply to orders placed from that date. Previous orders shall be governed by the Terms in force at the time of their confirmation.
